How To Order by Phone or by Mail

First, go through the online ordering process as you would order online:
- Enter all the information required.When you are asked to enter your payment information, instead of choosing a credit card, select "Good Characters Card" and enter today's date, e.g. "20040519" as your card number. Enter "will call" or "will fax" or "will mail" and your comments at Comment box.
- Finish the check-out process.
Second, provide your payment or payment information:
- Pay by credit card: You can call, fax, or mail in your credit card payment information. See Contact Us.
- Pay by personal check or money order: Send your payment to our Mailing Center in Fresno. See Contact Us.
Third, once we have received both your ordering and payment information we will contact you by e-mail or mail or phone estimating completion date of your stamp kit, and addressing any questions we may have regarding your order.
