A: You won't be able to feed the scroll through a printer and print directly onto it. However, you can paste a picture to the scroll or you can screen print on it.

The scroll measures 61 inches long and 17-1/2 inches wide. That is 5 feet 1 inch tall when hanging. The paintable center of white paper is 38-1/2 inches by 13 inches.
The scroll has a woven string for hanging or to use to tie the rolled scroll when not displayed. The scroll is weighted on the bottom with a wooden dowel.
